Consultation call

FREE

We provide free 15-minute consultation calls for people interested in participating in services. 

Individual counseling

$150 (Out of Pocket)

We provide virtual Christian counseling for women over the age of 18.

Diagnostic evaluation

$200 (Out of Pocket)

We use our virtual platform to assess mental health symptoms in order to provide diagnoses.

Christian Focused Treatment Modalities

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

We use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns by reframing your thoughts according to God's word, which will help you reduce stress and anxiety

Psychoeducation

We use this form of therapy to teach you about your mental health diagnoses and symptoms. This form of therapy helps you to understand your emotions and helps you to recognize your behavioral patterns. With this form of therapy, we focus on forming Christlike personal boundaries and coping mechanisms. 

Strengths-based Therapy

We use this form of therapy to help you identify your God given strengths and to teach you how to use them. This form of therapy has been proven to help increase positive self-esteem and positive mood.

Access to Clarity offers individual counseling for Christian women over the age of 18.

During your first session with Access to Clarity, your therapist will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.

A counseling session with Access to Clarity typically lasts for 50 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
